A globally recognised NFP based in Carlton is seeking a Digital Coordinator to join them on a three-month contract basis.

The Digital Coordinator reports to the Digital Marketing Manager in the Marketing Communications unit.
This role is responsible for developing and driving online engagement through content marketing across the digital portfolio to:
Acquire new supporters and maintain support with existing ones
Maximise web traffic, revenue and actions
Drive increased brand recognition
Key responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement paid and organic digital marketing strategies across social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Flickr)
Write compelling copy for online content
Execute digital acquisition and retention strategy across SEO, PPC, social media
Monitor and evaluate strategies to engage supporters and the public and meet agreed KPIs
Develop top line weekly reports including recommendations for optimising
Develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively
Ideally you will have:
Proven experience developing and executing successful lead generation strategies in a previous role
Experience using FB Ads Manager
Knowledge of SEO and PPC best practice
Solid understanding of Google Analytics
Not for Profit experience (advantageous)
WordPress, HTML, CSS and database experience (advantageous)
Marketo or similar CRM platform skills (advantageous)
Excellent verbal, presentation and writing skills, including creative copywriting
The capacity to effectively collaborate and communicate across a complex organisation
