About the role...
Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for driving digital analytics and performance reporting across all digital assets. Additionally, you will act as the subject matter expect for digital performance insights, and use your industry benchmarking and insights knowledge to assist in improving our digital performance.
You proactively analyse the online user behaviour and provide in-depth insights into the campaign and site performance.
You champion onsite personalisation to enhance user experience by providing targeted experiences
You develop a Digital Insight and Optimisation team, mentoring junior team members and transferring skills and competencies to enable growth of the internal talent pool.
You drive digital analytics capabilities across the oganisation.
You own and manage implementations of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe DTM and other technologies.
You will develop a test & learn methodology to be rolled out across a campaigns performance and activity
You will identify opportunities and trends in the market to drive digital customer profitability and engagement
