We are working with our consulting partner on a 6 month Senior CX Designer position within one of Australia's best known FS businesses.
The role requires a Senior CX Designer with some UX capability, to define and deliver the future onboarding experience for many of their consumer products. The project is looking to improve the customer experience of product origination and onboarding, while also enabling their employees to have more high value interactions with customers.
As Senior CX Designer, you must have:
Experience conducting explorative qualitative research and translating that research into actionable output.
Experience conducting testing with prototypes of varying fidelity.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation / comms skills; confidence in presenting findings and concepts to larger groups.
