We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a close-knit and collaborative team in an Australian company. This is a key role with an end to end view of the customer journey from a data marketing perspective: driving optimisation across single view of customer, actively building high conversion journeys to increase discoverability and acquisition and retention of audiences.
This organisation is customer-centric with a strong focus on content driven marketing strategies and story-telling. They are a large and well established organisation with thousands of employees globally in over 50 locations.
About the Role
This is a key role with an end-to-end view of the customer journey from a data marketing perspective: driving optimisation across single view of customer, actively building high conversion journeys to increase discoverability and acquisition and retention of audiences.
In this role you will:
Analyse marketing data and evaluate outcomes of various marketing, creative, media and social media campaigns.
Co-develop and implement marketing campaign performance metrics to continually improve and optimise marketing ROI.
Establish a customer value funnel identifying high-risk and high-value segments, drivers & barriers and develop a clear framework for decision making.
Collaborate and support key marketing team areas participating in the development of the vision for data / analytics architecture and workflow.
Have the ability to understand current and future strategies, initiatives and support further data collection and appropriate tracking pre/during/post campaigns relating to audience outcomes.
With an extensive background integrating and interrogating marketing and customer data across product and media platforms to measure complete audience journeys and with a passion for driving innovation and operating at the forefront of digital media, you will bring to this role:
Outstanding knowledge of CRM and exposure to digital media, with a focus on aggregating broadcast and digital media, paid owned & earned media and email Marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 360, on site tagging, tag management and BI/data visualisation; and
Excellence in translating data to insights and creating and presenting powerful and valuable stories to marketing and media teams’ key stakeholders.
