As part of the wider agency network, my client provides their clients with one-stop access to healthcare communications experts, social marketing specialists, digital strategists and public affairs practitioners. Their team are experts at designing and implementing creative communications and reimbursement campaigns for leading local and international organisations involved in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biotechnology, consumer health and wellbeing, and medical devices and technology. They are also committed to supporting the work of many NGOs, the medical research sector, and the country’s clinicians.
Each of the specialists in the team are defined by their insights, ideas and influence. Deep client, policy, media and political insights; creative ideas to solve problems, issues and opportunities; and influence in real-world commercial outcomes or changing public attitudes and behavior.
THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
My client is now looking for a PR Associate Director to join this talented team and step into a newly created role to help support the future growth of the agency.
You are a committed senior team leader who exemplifies the firm’s vision, values and culture and are a natural leader of the business, often acting as a 2ic for the Managing Partner in their absence.
You work closely with the MP on forecasting and financials, play a lead role in new business development and lead a portfolio of clients that significantly contribute to the business. You have additional responsibilities in supporting the running of the business and you understand and help to cascade the financial imperatives required to meet and achieve the targets.
You add significantly to the culture and values of the team and you contribute positively to the external reputation of the business – you are someone people want to join the team to work with.
Prior healthcare experience is required for this role, either from agency or from client side.
