They are going from strength to strength and they are now looking for a like-minded and exceptional leader to join their business development team.


As a Business Development leader, you will use your knowledge of digital marketing services and your robust professional network to identify and build relationships with clients and prospects, and you will collaborate to establish annual and quarterly objectives for the identification of new leads as well as existing clients.

Your success in this position will be determined by revenue contribution and conversation rates to include both new prospects to closed business as well as expansion of existing relationships through additional account penetration.


More specifically, as a Business Development Director you will develop and maintain relationships with key contacts, work with sales teams to qualify leads, promote value-added services, and develop strategies, customer prospecting, and close new sales.

You will provide consultative, interactive and integrated marketing solutions to clients from inception to completion and maintain industry best practice.

You will support project teams in presentations and proposals, while exceeding annual sales quotas.


Coming from a consultancy, scale-up or an alternative fast-paced and flexible environment, your experience as a Business Development Director will include proven track record in client acquisition, selling, closing and building long-term relationships.

As this is a hands-on Business Development role you will need to have a proven track record of winning and growing large marketing deals.
