Job Description

We have a Graphic Designer opportunity with a GREAT company west of Milwaukee for a minimum of 6 months with the potential to extend! The graphic design will work with cross-functional teams to build concepts and execute innovative solutions and visual communications in a variety of media while developing and maintaining brand consistency for all deliverables. This is full-time, on-site opportunity. 


  • Brainstorm with creative team and present creative solutions
  • Develop concepts and imagery, layouts, style sheets, etc
  • Gather information necessary to deliver effective solutions and clear messaging to meets goals
  • Extend approved imagery, design concepts, and copy to auxiliary teams for cohesive application across all touch-points
  • Communicate and document project progress while meeting budgets and deadlines as defined
  • Facilitate final design approval with Senior Designer
  • Provide clean files for production accompanied by digital proof of final
  • Facilitate final project approval and signoff with project manager
  • Request printing quotes from vendors and attend press checks and color approvals (press times may vary)
  • Keep records of project information in including approvals for content, quoting information, etc.


  • Innovative design approach driven by an ability to assess form vs. function per project
  • Mastery of typography, color, and layout with a keen detailed eye and well-developed attention to detail
  • Experience designing for print and digital mediums
  • Ability to offer innovative creative solutions within deadline and budget constraints
  • Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced in-house creative environment
  • Ability to understand and translate project objective into clear and attractive visual communications and communicate ideas clearly and completely
  • Proficient in current Mac OS platform and environment and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in current page layout and design software/packages as well as the production and printing processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and design trends
