Job Description

Interaction/UI Designer

Vitamin T has an AWESOME client doing AWESOME things who is looking for a Senior Mid-level UI Designer. I should say AWESOME again. AWESOME.

This role is to start as soon as they identify the right person and get the background paperwork all settled. In other words, very soon!

They are located in beautiful downtown Seattle, WOOT! Lightrail, here you come!

Day to Day!
Produces static wireframes and flows on paper and digitally
at appropriately low to high fidelity.
Produces simple click-through simulations to demonstrate
flow.
Produces moderately advanced simulations that
demonstrate nuanced interactions and motion.
Annotates wireframes for communication with team, client,
and developers.
Produces extensive, detailed design documentation for
communication with team and developers.
Leverages experience to aid in the planning, execution, and
synthesis of user testing and primary research.

What you'll need to be successful!
Applied-yet-growing knowledge of usability principles,
interaction design methods & artifacts, user research
methods & artifacts, UI patterns, and terminology.
Applied knowledge of a subset of human interface
guidelines of major operating systems: iOS, Android, OS X,
Windows, etc.
Proven proficiency with a subset of applications for
communicating and prototyping information architecture,
flow, and interaction of services and interfaces (eg. Adobe
Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Axure RP, Bohemian Coding
Sketch, Apple Keynote, etc.).
Applied understanding of major players and platforms in
technology and service spaces.
