Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented UI designer to join a GREAT company in Milwaukee. The right candidate is well-versed in complex digital solutions and enjoys presenting their ideas to clients. This is an on-going opportunity with flexible hours. 


  • Team-oriented with the ability easily understand business goals and key use cases for each audience and represent them in the most compelling way
  • Brainstorm and iteratively get to a highly usable and engaging experience
  • Expertly work within existing brand guidelines and design standards and apply them in a cohesive and meaningful way
  • Define navigation and user pathways and illustrate them as sitemaps or flows
  • Design high fidelity visual experiences and tell the story from the user point of view
  • Get insights from user testings to validate and enhance the experience
  • Present design work to internal team members and client stakeholders and communicate design decisions by tying them to business goals and use cases


  • A minimum 5+ years direct experience designing digital experiences and communicating the vision to clients and team members
  • Intimate understanding of user-centered design principles including user research, persona and journey development, heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, interface design and prototyping
  • Advanced skills with interface design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch App, InVision
  • Portfolio of UX deliverables for both new experiences as well as iteratively enhanced existing ones
  • Consulting or client-facing experience with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Salesforce platform knowledge and certifications is a huge plus
