Which adjectives would you use to describe your workplace?
Our super energized internal recruiter, Christie Barkan asked everyone on our staff that very question a few weeks ago:
“What are two adjectives you’d use to describe working at Vitamin T. Be honest!”
And what she sent us back is the word cloud above, which we think is pretty cool (of course, we work here, so you’d hope we would).
Like all word clouds, bigger font sizes mean those words were mentioned more frequently (“collaborative” and “fun”) and smaller font sizes hardly mentioned at all (“texan”? and “amazeba...”? -- we won’t finish that last one).
People were pretty honest with their answers. “Stressful” is on there. But “fun” is bigger. And on the graphic twice.
One of the greatest parts of working here is, at the end of every work day, you can always say, “I helped people find work.” (read: pay rent, take a vacation, grow their career and more)
Not bad for a day’s work, huh?
